Profile Assessment

Candidate Sourcing and Qualification

Leveraging our deep relationships and market experitse, we will effectively navigate the candidate marketplace to uncover and attract the industries premier talent. Through our rigorous qualification process, we will narrow down the candidate pool to a short list that hits on all your key criteria.

Interview Support

We will assist in scheduling and managing the interview process. We'll debrief you and the candidate after each interview and provide you with their feedback, including their thoughts on the job responsibilities, their impression of the team and cultural fit, as well as their motivations and interest level. Our goal is to ensure a smooth process and provide you with the insight you need to make an optimal hiring decision.

Offer Preparation & Closing

This is a very important time in the hiring process. We will review with you the candidates current compensation package as well as their expectations. We are there to provide guidance to you and the candidate as well as address and manage any concerns throughout the offer process. Our goal is to negotiate an offer that makes sense for both parties to ensure a successful hire. After acceptance, we will walk the candidate through their resignation and coach them on how to handle a potential counter-offer.
